Each bottle of this Brandy is made with 26 pounds of peaches that were picked near the distiller. The brandy is open-air fermented using natural yeast, single-distilled and aged in 100-gallon French oak brandy barrels. The result is a Brandy that has the flavor of fresh peaches, along with the complexity of dried and candied fruit notes coming from barrel maturation. Sip it neat, or use it as a base for an interesting twist.
