Green apple and pear are complemented by tropical fruits with a hint of lemon custard. Richly textured and concentrated with balanced acidity that drives a lingering finish. Although perfect on it’s own, this chardonnay is delicious with shellfish such as crab, lobster, and prawns prepared in a buttery, cream sauce. It is also perfect with roasted chicken, pasta or risotto.
